These terms apply when you buy a pass for the 7th European Lifestyle Medicine Congress through elmo2026.org. Please read them before you register.

The congress takes place from 10 to 12 September 2026 at The Hotel Brussels, Boulevard de Waterloo 38, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Sessions are delivered in English, with the Longevity session mostly in French and the Women’s Health program in Dutch.
Prices are shown in euro on the registration page and are the total amount payable. What each pass includes is listed next to it. Self-Care Ateliers are included in every pass and are not sold separately.
Your registration is complete when payment is confirmed and we have sent you a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact registrations@elmo2026.org.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Your pass is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
Under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date — which includes congress tickets. By registering you acknowledge this. Our own cancellation terms below apply instead.
Passes are non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed we cannot refund the fee, whatever the reason for your cancellation.
You may transfer your pass to a colleague, free of charge, until 5 September 2026. Write to registrations@elmo2026.org with your own name and the name, email address and professional details of the person taking your place, and we will reissue the pass. Transfers are not possible after that date.
This does not affect your rights where the organiser cancels the congress — see section 8.
The program is indicative. We may change speakers, session titles, times and rooms where necessary. Such changes do not give rise to a refund. If the congress is cancelled entirely by the organiser, registration fees are refunded; we are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
Workshops have a limited number of places and require separate selection after purchase. A pass does not guarantee a place in a specific workshop.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, staff and other attendees. We may refuse admission, without refund, to anyone whose behaviour disrupts the event.
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for reporting and promotion. If you do not wish to appear, please tell a member of staff on site.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our own negligence.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under mandatory law in their country of residence.
