We share personal data only with organisations that help us run the congress, and only as far as they need it:
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to registration data is limited to the organising team and the congress secretariat.
This congress is intended for healthcare professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
