Two evenings away from the lecture halls — where most of the congress actually gets talked about

A congress is also the conversations that happen after the sessions. ELMO 2026 has two of them: a welcome cocktail on Thursday evening in one of Brussels’ finest Art Deco houses, and a dinner on Friday where you choose between two very different tables.

Welcome Cocktail — Villa Empain

An Art Deco masterpiece built in the early 1930s by architect Michel Polak, today the Boghossian Foundation’s center for art and dialogue between East and West.

How to join

The Thursday welcome cocktail at the Villa Empain is included in every congress pass — nothing to book. The Friday dinner is an optional add-on at 100 €, selectable at checkout, where you also choose between the Atomium restaurant and Chaga.
